The California Division of Meals and Agriculture (CDFA) is saying a recall of uncooked cow milk produced at Uncooked Farm, LLC of Fresno County, CA.
The quarantine order got here following the confirmed detection of the micro organism Campylobacter jejuni within the farm’s packaged uncooked entire milk sampled and examined by the California Division of Meals and Agriculture.

Uncooked entire cow milk produced and packaged by Uncooked Farm, LLC of Fresno County is the topic of a statewide recall and quarantine order introduced by California State Veterinarian Dr. Annette Jones.
Recalled product:
- The order applies to “Uncooked Farm Complete Uncooked Milk” distributed in half-gallon (64 oz) and gallon (128 oz) plastic jugs with a code date marked on the container of BEST BY 05/05/2023.
As of the posting of this recall, no sicknesses have been reported.
Shoppers are strongly urged to eliminate any product remaining of their fridges, and retailers are to tug the product instantly from their cabinets.
