Astronomers have re-calculated the age of our photo voltaic system, and located it is vitally barely older than we thought – 1.1 million years older, actually.
That places our photo voltaic system’s age at 4.5684 billion years, somewhat than 4.5673 billion years. “1.1 million years is a small change,” says Conel Alexander on the Carnegie Establishment for Science in Washington, DC. “Nevertheless it does have necessary implications for the origin of the early photo voltaic system.”
